Arimidex causing insomnia and heart palpatations

Hey Group,

Since I started taking armidex (1/2 tablet every time I shoot Test Cyp) I

have been getting heart palpatations and I am only getting about 5 hours of

sleep a night. Is this a common side effect and if so, what can I do about

it?
