Hi how are you I am doing better it's slow. I do Zinc I was taking 50

mgs of Zinc with 2 mgs of Copper. My Copper levels were very low doing this and

after talking to Hardasnails I switched to ZMA at bed time and take 2 mgs of

Copper at noon. Hard feels if you take them both at the same time you can end

up not getting the Copper the Zinc kills it.

After trying some time ago my Copper is back up and I love the ZMA NOW brand I

take it at bed time and I don't have that restless feelings in my legs.
