Testing for Iodine Deficiency : Iodine Tincture Test and Test Cream dosing

The best test for Iodine deficiency is to take Ioderall (Iodine) P.O. about

25 mg?

Then collect urine and send it to Dr. Flechas Lab.

If low then little iodine seen in urine.

Discuss w/Dr Flechas the protocol. The arm absorption test is not an

adequate test.
