When I was diagnosed with hypogonadism my Quest Diagnostics lab tests showed the

following results:

Estradiol ultrasensitive: 20 pg/ml. Reference range: < or = 29

Prolactin: 10.5, in range. Reference range: 2.0-18.0 ng/ml

PSA total: 0.3, in range. Reference range: < or = 4.0 ng/mL

TSH, 3rd generation: 3.55, in range. reference range: 0.40-4.50 mIU/L

Total T: 253 ng/dl., in range. Reference range: 250-1100ng/dl

% free T: 1.27 L. out of range. Reference range: 1.5-2.2

Free T: 32.2 l L, out of range. Reference range: 35.0-155.0

LH : 4.2, in range. Reference range: 1.5-9.3 mIU/mL

FSH: 3.2, in range. Reference range: 1.6-8.0 mIU/mL.

According with this numbers, specially LH and FSH, am I primary or secondary? My

doctor don't tell me.
