Dear Dr Ullis,

Do you have experience with Nolvadex? I took some after being on T cream.

I was trying to cycle it and messed up my body

I am 26 and was in the best shape in my life.

I lost some hair, have ED problems, my E2 is at 22.

I am going to see Dr next week.

I was curious to your opinion.

My T and free T is high but still have side effects.

THX.

Not Dr. Ullis, but curious---what sides do you have? How long have you been

off Nolvadex?

I was completely healthy with great natural T levels. I took 1g of 10%

Test cream for a month, then took Nolvadex.-D for 2 weeks, then I took TRT

right after for about two weeks.

That was about 9 months go.

I started feeling better and took the cream for one day, then stopped and

crashed.

I took a quarter of Arimidex about 4 months ago. Since then, I have been

on nothing.

Stilll have less strong erections, my body comp changed. I'm 225 and

should be a 36 but I'm still a 24.

My libido went downhill, prior to this I was masturbating 3 tmes a day, now

maybe once a week. My T is still high around 800 and free T is high. My E2

is at 22.

I'm fatigued and tired often.

I'm going to Dr Crisler next week. He knows a lot about this stuff.

I suspect you already know this, but I would investigate the possibility

that--given your excellent TT, FT and E2--you have some other medical

condition having nothing whatsoever to do with your past use of testosterone

and

tamoxifen. Have you seen a primary care physician about your fatigue and

body comp changes?

No I haven't seen my PCP.

I meant 34 waist not 24.

What kind of other problems were you referng to?

Well, testicular atrophy+reduced libido + elevated LH suggests varicocele

or other testicular injury to me. A very short course of testosterone cream

+ tamoxifen will not result in atrophy of one testicle many months later.

Obviously reducing testosterone levels will make it more likely that you

will gain fat, but given your healthy testosterone level I doubt that's it.

You could be hypothyroid, have a virus, have some other disease, be

anemic...any number of things...

I know my DHT skyrocked on Nolvadex.

My thyroid is okay. Maybe its my adrenals.

Do you know of Dr Crisler.

I'm sure he can help me

Did your doc test your Free T3, Free T4, reverse T3 AND TSH? In range can still

be very hypothyroid if at the bottom of the range. Do you have your results to

post? You cannot use TSH to determine thyroid status.
