Your Testosterone levels are still on the low side I can't tell you what to do

but I can tell you what works for men. About 7 yrs. ago I read Dr. Shippen he

did the Book " The Testosterone Syndrome " that he is doing his shots to his self

80 mgs every 3 days. I got my Dr. to let me try this but we started at 60 mgs

and adjusted by labs and how I was feeling. The first thing that happened was

my Estradiol was a lot less of a problem so doing a smaller shot more often

helped keep Estradiol levels down so I was able to keep Estradiol levels down on

a lot less Arimidex I went from .5 mgs every other day to .25 mgs every 3 days.

I did at the time HCG 400 IU's the 2 days each in between my Test C shots every

3 days. Today I find I don't need this much and only do 250 IU's .25mls the day

before my next T shot. Doing this keeps me leveled and holds down my Estradiol.

I use a 27g 1ml. x 1/2 " lg. needle and shoot into my thigh. The oil comes out

of the vial slow so I just pull the plunger all the way down and hold it until I

get my dose takes about a min. or two. Using this size needle I feel no pain

and have no problems with this many shots in my thighs.

My Total T is always between 750 to 850 and Free's are near top of the rage.

Talk to your Dr. about this in Dr. Shippens book that is now dated he was down

on T shots now he dose them to his self.
