Dear Dr Ullis,

Do you have experience with Nolvadex? I took some after being on T cream.

I was trying to cycle it and messed up my body

I am 26 and was in the best shape in my life.

I lost some hair, have ED problems, my E2 is at 22.

I am going to see Dr next week.

I was curious to your opinion.

My T and free T is high but still have side effects.

THX.

Glad you are on the forum.

Subject: Cortisol levels & Thyroid : Supraphysiological Levels of

Test

Hi, Does he have Androgen Induced Hypogonadism (AIH)?

For a good Cortisol work up I recc:

1. Am Serum Cortisol

2. 4 time point salivary cortisol

3. 24 hr urine for Free Cortisol.

4. Genova Dx ( www.GDX. NET) anabolic/catabolic ratios via 24 hr urine

Male panel with cortisol metabolite ratios : 17 Ketosteroids vs Cortisol

Metabolites.

From this data should be able to figure out if there is adrenal Depletion or

excess Cortisol production vs anabolic status.

For thyroid do FT3 and FT4 indices w/ TSH or do via Dialysis which is the

most accurate way to get free T3 & 4 levels. It removes thyroid binding

globulin (TBG) effects on thyroid hormones.

Best,

K. Ullis, MD
