Guest guest
I was taking 50 mgs of Zinc with 2 mgs of Copper in it and did this for yrs after reading about it is Dr. Shippen's book " The Testosterone Sydrome " . I told my Dr. souldent we test this so we did and my Copper levels were very low. I was posting about this and Hardasnails got back to me with a study showing that you can't take Zinc and Copper at the same time it will cancel out the Copper and still lower you reg. levels of Copper. He told me about ZMA this is a supplement that has a big name for it's self and has Zinc in it with other supplements in it. I stopped taking this. http://www.myvitanet.com/zincop100cnt.html Got some ZMA and take this at bedtime. http://www.myvitanet.com/zma-180-caps-now-foods.html And got this Copper I take at noon and my copper levels come back up. http://www.myvitanet.com/biocitrate-copper-2-mg-60-count-solaray.html Co-Moderator Phil > From: brianc <brianevans_99@...> > Subject: Zinc Dosage & Other Questions > > Date: Thursday, February 4, 2010, 10:42 PM > Phil & , > > Thanks for your report(s) about " zinc and weight loss, " > , which you said worked for you.
