Guest guest
Phil & , Thanks for your report(s) about " zinc and weight loss, " , which you said worked for you. How many pounds did you lose, how quickly...and what were your starting and ending E2 levels? Were you using a particular form of zinc, and which brand and dose? I'll assume that all other factors were constant. If your doctor said the other therapy wasn't tested on men, which is almost certainly true, was she equally scrupulous about this " zinc and exercise " approach? Was it clinically tested, and shown to be both safe and effective? And Phil, thanks for the tip about copper--again, which salt (i.e., certainly not copper sulfate, for example, which is poisonous)? And what total dosage of copper? But, if ' doctor went this route, and didn't know about adding copper--but what do docs know about supplements??--how much reliance can be placed in her? Finally, , did she quantify the exercise---what kind, how long, how often? And if you were exercising MUCH more than previously, isn't it possible that that alone could have accounted for the E2 going down? I'm glad it seemed to work for you, but it would be most helpful to figure out exactly what worked, and why? Many thanks, ________________________________________________________________________________\ _____ > > I just need to give you a heads up about doing Zinc it will lower your Copper levels so for every 50 mgs you do of Zinc you should add in at a different time 2 mgs of Copper. > Co-Moderator > Phil > >
