How do I lower my Estrogen level?? 189

I have been on Androgel for 12 weeks (5 pumps).

What are the concerns with my estrogen being high (189) and my FSH (0.7)

and LH (0.2) being low. I was taking 200 mg of DIM daily. Could the DIM be

to blame????

If I lower my estrogen level will I be able to lose weight????
