Hi 53 year old male ,not fat, fit.

I am on weekly testosterone injections for low T.

Secondary hypogonadism with no known cause.

Have 3 children oldest 30 years so this was late onset hypogonadism.

Inject 80 mg per week and HCG 2 X 250IU.

Been on this regimen for 7 years now.

Donate blood every month to keep high hematocrit down.

But with this monthly donations there is a downside.

Hematocrit is about 51% but now my ferritin levels(iron stores)

are constantly low.Are on iron pills but even with that stores will take very

long time to pick up.

I searched the internet and saw that Clomid will help cause my

balls are working when stimulated with HCG.I do not want to go the HCG route

every day it beeing too expensive over here.We do not even get HCG over here

been total shortage over 2 years now.

I am going to try Clomid long term now.

1.What dose should I start with to kickstart my pituary?

2.What dose should I try for long term therapy?
