Exercise and saliva cortisol test?

Is it ok to exercise on the day your doing your saliva cortisol test? I

am doing the 6 point one, it seems that exercise may influence cortisol

levels and I would rather not have to redo this test due to operator

error. Just curious if anyone knew if this matters, or if there are

guidelines i.e... don't exercise 1hr before sample or whatever.
