Low Testosterone caused by adrenal fatigue?

My doctor diagnosed me with low T at 275

The more I research my symptoms, the more it becomes painfully obvious that I

have adrenal fatigue.

Well now I'm on Testim, but I'm thinking that if I got my adrenals right (or

took cortisone if applicable) I would not have needed Testim and my test. would

come up on its own.

Is that possible?
