Hi , at this age you could at worst have a benign Prolactinoma of the PIt

gland , if so Med rx is commonly done.

Do not start TRT until there is a diagnosis made FIRST!

You should get the below tests:

1 Free & Total T, LH, Prolactin , E2, FSH, TSH, Ferritin, SHBG

2. HCG for testicular mass, growth

3. Ultra sound of testes to be safe.

4. Chromosomes

5. Depending on the above results you may need PIT mri, or stim tests to

define primary vs secondary Low T.

I am giving you The Low T Young Male dx work up.

Do not wish to alarm you. But i have seen many guys of your age who have not

been on Roids who need to have Complete Work Up to diagnose & Rx properly.

Start with #1 first. rest may not be needed.

Best wishes -

Thank you for this info I can't tell you how many times we tell men to find out

why they have low Testosterone before going on TRT.

My story is long I have been on TRT 28 yrs now it took me 23 yrs to figure out I

am Hypopituitary. And not knowing this Dr.'s feel it's why I had to have Heart

Bypass Sugary 19 months ago. I was kept out cold 17 weeks and had 5 surgery's.

Here is a link to my Story.
