Guest guest
Thank you for your help. I greatly appreciate it. I get regular blood tests. My Dr. is an Age Management Dr. and she keeps on top of everything. we go over my lab results line by line. I did have some adrenal fatigue (AF) which she has been treating. She feels my last blood / labs reveal that the AF is better and had changed the plan of treatment. I am 51 years in pretty good shape. I do not believe that I over do my workouts about 1 hour of weight training 3 times weekly plus some cardio. I feel great, people at work think that i have slimmed down even though I have put on a lot of muscle mass in my chest , shoulders, and arms. I am working on my abs too. I do have a 2mm pituitary tumor that is monitored my Endo at Cleveland Clinic. I could be secondary Hypo. Would any of these issues cause my testosterone not to increase to the upper levels????? If your over doing it your body is not healing in between workouts your going to stress out your body and Adrenals and this can eat up your Testosterone big time. I feel 300 mgs / week is big time over kill you need to find out why your using up your Testosterone meds so fast. If you have a low grade infection this will eat up your T meds big time. I was getting a bladder infection and my levels would fall from 800 to 450 so I have been down this road my Dr. was giving me 200 mgs of Depo T shots on top of the 10 grams of Androgel I was on. One other thing that will eat up your T meds fast is a low SHBG. I do well on 80 mgs of Test C every 3 days and I do HCG 250 IU's the day before my next T shot. If your not recovering fast after a workout your over doing it. Keep in mind men with low T are sick your can't go to the gym and try to become a Body Builder trying this is nuts. You can make gains after you get leveled off some men never do this right they keep there levels to low don't feel great and there for there body never recovers form having low T. You need to get leveled off keep it this way being up into the upper 1/3 of your labs range and keeping your Estradiol levels down to about 20 pg/ml. If it after this your body will start to undo the damage down by having low T in the first place and this is a slow process. So go slow don't over do it.
