Cortisol & weightlifting

The results of my 4x saliva tests are back. My doctor tells me all levels are

flatline low throughout the day. This explains how I've been feeling.

I've been lifting weights for a few months now. I always watch the volume in

each w.o., keeping it low. Could weightlifting cause the levels to drop? I

thought overtraining (which I don't do)causes elevated cortisol. My previous 4x

levels were normal morning, dropping low the rest of the day.

I'm not on HC but it's looking like I will be now. Stopping lifting weights

isn't an option. I started to dose 1tsp. sea salt 3x/day.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks.
