Guest guest
Wow, I had some pretty good wood this morning. Not long lasting, but still not bad. I started Arimidex on wednesday with .25mg. I then took .25mg Thursday, and took .5mg on Friday. Friday I also started TMG with 1 tab at lunch, and another one at night. I also feel a slight increase in my libido. I can't believe it, because it has been in the toilet for a year or two. I also made a conscious effort to cut down on sugar, drink more water, and generally just eat better. I started lifting weight a few weeks ago the right way, that is until I feel my muscles burn. I am down to 211 @ 5'11 " , and feel if I loose another 10 or 15 lbs this will help too. I read that squats and other weight exercises increase T. Most of my fat is in my belly. I have hope now! When I first started to do something about this low libido, ED thing by seeing a Urologist last summer which proceeded to give me an extensive physical exam. This consisted of an MRI, a nut sack fondling (to check for something, I hope) , an ultrasound on my penis to check blood flow, and T and PSA blood test. And his answer to me was, " your fine, and in good health, and your T is above average " , and then he gave me a script for Viagra. That worked for a while, and then didn't and then it did, and then it didn't! I was perplexed as to why this would happen. And it also didn't really do anything about my low almost non existent libido. Then last month my current doctor gave me a blood test to check my T level, and I got " your T is normal " again from him! I was almost at the point of just chalking it up to just getting old. Little did I know. I want to thank everyone on this forum, and especially Phil for all of the knowledge you guys have provided so freely. Phil, should I continue with the .5mg today? I still think I could feel even better, so I don't know if my E2 is low enough yet.
Guest guest
Yes keep taking it what you need to do is drive down your Estradiol to low on this dose then when the wood stops stop the Arimidex. When your wood comes back that day go back on the Arimidex but only take it every 2 days at .25 mgs if you wait to long to go back on it the Estradiol will rebound dam fast and you will be to high again. If later you wood stops again repeat this then do .25 mgs every 3 days have labs every 2 to 3 months to be sure your in the sweet spot some times wood will fool you when I think I did not have it that morning I see if I can get up fast and that it is dam hard if not I go on more it can mean levels are going up again. So I play with my dose between every 2 days to every 3 days this works great.
