Guest guest
, I is important to know why your low but this needs to be done before you go on TRT. After starting TRT your brain gets shut down for telling your testis to make T and stopping they don't start up again. I have been on TRT 30 yrs it took me 23 yrs to figure out why I am low. I have seen every kind of Dr. out there the worst were Endo's. I seen 7 each one took me off TRT only to just find out how sick they made me and still got it wrong. Each one told me I am Primary meaning my Testis don't work. Eight yrs ago Dr. helped in a post to me to get my Dr. to let me try HCG. I went on this doing 500 IU's 3x's a week after the 15th. shot we did labs my Total T went from 600 to 1200 doubled but the lab we were using at the time had a range for 292 to 1593. So 600 was dam low for that labs range and I never felt 100% on TRT. Still my Dr. did not figure out why my levels doubled I asked him it must mean my Testis work he said it must be my Adrenals doing this. I posted back to Dr. 's forum he told me Adrenals can't make that much T your Secondary you need to have your Pituitary checked your Testis work. Well long story shot I have a Pituitary Problem and today we treat all the hormones the Pituitary tells the body to make. Now I feel better. You can stop working with a Dr. up on jump starting your hpta - hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis. Like Dr. O and Hardasnails see the Database section for there contack info or Dr. at www.allthingsmale.com Co-Moderator Phil > From: <rlaven911@...> > Subject: What have I done > > Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2011, 4:49 PM > He all, It's been a while since I've > posted but am a bit concerned after reading some recent > posts. Guest guest
After reading some posts here I kinda thought I've set myself up for life but after five years of being treated fairly unsuccessfully for depression and marital problems small testes is a small prince, no pun intended, for having my life back. Has anyone in the group have any experience with Dr. ph Olivieri? He's listed in the database as a Dr. who treats hypogonadism but am hoping to hear some expereinces with him. > > > From: <rlaven911@...> > > Subject: What have I done > > > > Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2011, 4:49 PM > > He all, It's been a while since I've > > posted but am a bit concerned after reading some recent > > posts. Guest guest
No never heard of him and just because he is in the database section does not mean he is good. You still need to call and ask questions like how many men does he treat for low T. Dose he use HCG and test for high Estradiol and use Arimidex to keep it down.
