Guest guest
Good Job I have White Coat Fever every time someone takes my BP it is very high then they put me on BP meds and every time the test my BP on the meds it's still high. They keep upping the dose until I am passing out. I take my own BP it is on avg 130/75 at the Dr.'s office it's 180/110. Be dam careful cutting back on your salt table salt is not good for you so stop that but get some good Pink Sea Salt and use it. http://www.eaec.org/bookstore/books/sywth-excerpt.htm Co-Moderator Phil > From: Billjustin <billjustin@...> > Subject: Re: High Blood Pressure Meds and ED Weener Up report. > > Date: Saturday, January 2, 2010, 11:15 PM > Something I have experienced is that > going off the high blood pressure meds does create a feeling > of everything is ok, but the general effect of having high > blood pressure also causes a lowered libido after a couple > of weeks. > > That being said, I am now doing everything in my control to > lower my blood pressure without the drugs, anything over > 150/95 and I start having an impact on my life with the > blood pressure. > > Also its important to realize that if the dr. is giving you > meds for 145/90, which some docters start giving meds at is > crazy. 170/100 is time for meds for sure, 200/120 some > serious effects and symptoms show up. > > I have quit all caffeine, all alcohol, next is to work on > the salt intake a bit more.
