Guest guest
Something I have experienced is that going off the high blood pressure meds does create a feeling of everything is ok, but the general effect of having high blood pressure also causes a lowered libido after a couple of weeks. That being said, I am now doing everything in my control to lower my blood pressure without the drugs, anything over 150/95 and I start having an impact on my life with the blood pressure. Also its important to realize that if the dr. is giving you meds for 145/90, which some docters start giving meds at is crazy. 170/100 is time for meds for sure, 200/120 some serious effects and symptoms show up. I have quit all caffeine, all alcohol, next is to work on the salt intake a bit more. I can only take quitting one thing every few weeks. I also have been working out 3 times a week every week for the last 4 years, and I still have high blood pressure. > > Phil, Dr. , Ade, Jim, Bill , > > A Very Special Thank YOU for your wisdom and testimony of bodily impact from the various high blood pressure medicines. >
