Alright, I have been on TRT for about a year. For the first 9 months I was on a

compounded T gel, but was getting unreliable levels so I switched compounding

pharmacies. The new comp. pharmacy was supposed to be one of the top in the

country.

The first comp. pharmacy had me on 1 ml 2x a day at 9%. I switched this same

prescription over to the pharmcay. Although, they start most of their patients

out at 1 ml once a day at 10%.

I started on 1 ml 2x a day at 9% for 15 days, but had a killer headache so I

reduced the dose by 20%. I didn't feel like I had low T on this dose but didn't

feel good either. I kept on lowering it until I was taking only taking about

half of 1 ml 2x a day. I would feel like I would start to get tuned in at this

dose, but would get the killer headaches 3 or 4 days after starting this dose.

I would lower the dose by 10% or 20% and would have no energy whatsoever. I

could move from place to place but would even have enough energy to even sit up

sometimes or do basic housework.

I would then raise up the dose back up to half of 1 ml 2x a day. And the killer

headaches would return a day or two after I did this.

When I switched to the new comp. pharmacy, it felt like my t levels went up (I

haven't confirmed this with labs), and my appetite went crazy. So I probably

gained some weight not sure how much because i didn't have a scale.

I went to the doc for soemthing unrelated and he said I had high blood pressure

(I have never had this in my life I am only 28). He also said the red marks were

stretch marks. Before switching comp. pharmacies I had maybe 3 or 4 stretch

marks in my life. The stretch marks were on one of my arms a few on my stomach a

few on my side and some on my upper thighs. All of this right after being on the

new comp. pharmacy for a few weeks.

The doc said the stretch marks were from a T dose that was too high. I seen the

Doc when I was on about half of 1 ml twice a day. I thought the doc must be

right and must have been talking about the 1ml 2x a day dose.

However on the lower doses, I still get little red stretch marks and now I

noticed I am getting some noticeable green veins on my chest and on my side of

my stomach and 1 or 2 on my arms. Any time I am on a dose where I don't feel

like crap I slowly get more tiny red stretch marks and like I said and recently

noticeable green veins.

Even if I am even a change from say feeling like crap on .45 of 1 ml 2x a day to

half of 1 ml 2x a day and starting feel ok. I start to get the killer headaches

after a few days and the small red stretchmarks and the green veins.

This doesn't make any sense how such a small dose change do this to me? From how

I feel it seems like I am going from low T to barely enough T and getting the

killer headaches and small red stretch marks and noticeable green veins.

Other Info

I am on 5 mg in the morning and 5 mg at lunch for adrenal fatigue. I was on 10

mg in the morning and 5 mg at lunch but I lowered this to the current dose about

6 months ago and didn't feel any different.

I have been taking DIM for most of the time I have been on TRT. Every day for

the last 6 months. I went up from 1 DIM a day to 2 within the last 3 or 4

months.

Weight has stayed fairly steady for the last month that was when I bought a

scale.

What could be causing my stretch marks/ green veins/ killer headaches/ from

increasing T only a small amount?

The only thing I can think may be high red blood cells/ high hemoglobin/ high

hemocrit. I haven't had these 3 things measured since before TRT and they were

fine then. I can't find labs at this time.

Please help, these small red stretch marks/ green veins are very depressing. Any

ideas would be greatly appreciated! I am getting a bunch of labs done very soon.
