Guest guest
Wow I got this today and took a half a 25mgs pill about 4 hrs ago. Now I can finely say I am feeling better. Just talking a 12.5 mgs or only half a pill and I am not sweating or feeing hot anymore. My Panic feelings are gone this is some strong stuff. I now thinking I might not take it tomorrow. I feel this is working good for me because I am 66 over weight need a very high dose of T to keep my levels up. I am in a lot of pain and it's eating up my T meds very fast. I do a 100 mg. shot of Test C every 3 days and I do 250 IU's of HCG the day before my Test C shot. To keep my TT levels in the 800's doing this I am making a ton of Aromatase so much so that as the generic Arimidex wears off I have this big rebound effect of Estradiol and I can feel it. Killing my Aromatase I feel is going to help me with this until I can get my body balanced out on Preg. Cream helping to keep my Cortisol levels up. Hoping this will cut down on the Testosterone meds converting into Estriadol. Chilln just posted this to me today I hope taking Preg. cream will help fix this problem with high Estraidol. ====================================================================== #17 16 Hours Ago chilln Super Moderator Join Date: Feb 20, 2008 Posts: 5,736 Re: Anastrozole vs Arimidex -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote: Originally Posted by pmgamer18 Yes it makes good sense I do under stand what your saying my E2 levels got much better taking 5 mgs of cortef at bed time. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Chilln said: and --------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote: Originally Posted by pmgamer18 I have taken my Arimidex in the morning I am going to try taking it at bed time see if this helps. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Chilln said: excellent -------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote: Originally Posted by pmgamer18 I still want to try Aromasin I feel I make to much Aromatase and now with the pain I am in I can't exercise I am losing weight I am down 25 lbs from last Sep. The Aromasin might help by killing the Aromatase so it will take longer for my E2 levels to come up. Hard says try 12.5 mgs it comes in 25 mgs pills. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Chilln said: Before you switch to Aromasin, please trial supplementing with arimdiex in the late arvo. Only switch to aromasin if taking your arimidex in the afternoon is still not keeping your E2 low enough overnight. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote: Originally Posted by pmgamer18 As for Cortisol my Adrenals don't get told to make it they can just don't get told to. In other words, even with a minimally functioning pituitary, all you should need to do to boost your cortisol is supplement with some transdermal pregnenolone (not HC), and let your adrenals take care of the rest. As with everyone supplementing with preg (or even prog) to boost preg, prog and cortisol: if any of these get backed up, then it's because your T4 is a little low. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote: Originally Posted by pmgamer18 I feel your making some good points here. But what I am on now I was on before for about a yr. when I got out of the Hosp. with a bad bed sore that took a yr. to heal. The flesh was down to the bone in the middle of this bed sore. I got it from being put in a coma after getting one infection after the other from my heart bypass surgery. Each time they had to open me up the wire holding my chest together kept getting infected. They could not close me up because I was on coumadin so I could not be moved. I feel I had all them infections because the Heart surgeon took me off TRT when he did the surgery. So the pain pill I am on is not doing this. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Chilln said: noted -------------------------------------------------------------------- Quote: Originally Posted by pmgamer18 I don't do well on Gels or Creams they just don't get through my skin and I can't get good levels on 10 grams of Androgel and Testim best I could get was 500 on labs for TT top of range 1100. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Chilln said: This spells that your cortisol has been too low for too long and therefore your overall metabolism is still too low. Once you get your cortisol levels up reliably, and once you get your thyroid T4 levels up to match your increased cortisol levels, your overall metabolism will increase and your skin will absorb hormones much better. But I'm still not suggesting you switch to transdermal hormones. Hormone modulation therapy optimization starts with cortisol and thyroid. We should all focus on these two hromones first. In your case because you're already supplementing with T and HCG and arimidex, therefore you need to allow your cortisol and thyroid to drive your T and HCG and arimidex doses. Note that your E2 should fall into line once you get your cortisol and thyroid optimized. Ie: eventually you will be able to either drop completely the arimidex or aromasin, or at least minimize it to much smaller doses than you're taking now. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I feel this mod Chilln at Dr. 's forum is on to something and I pray he is right. I hope this makes sence.
