Guest guest Posted January 22, 2010 Report Share Posted January 22, 2010 I got this bad problem with E2 that won't come up. Every morning I have a protein bar that has soy protein and soy lecithin. I aslo take a supplement of lecithin. Does soy conclusively raise or lower E2? How much would have to be consumed to effect the E2 level?
