night sweats and heart thumping during the AM

On HRT and hcg. Experiencing night sweats. I'm taking DIM (Pure Rip with

DIM) 2 xs daily,

yesterday and today I'm feeling like my heart rate is increased. I

checked my BP and it was low as it usually is 107 / 62.

I have some ( a slight case of adrenal fatigue). Do you think that the

anious heart thumping feeling is due to estradiol being up or cortisol levels

changing.

It is hard to say if your Cortisol levels are off and going to low or even to

high at night this will happen. The following is from this link.

Adrenal insufficiency is linked to insomnia in two ways.

1)If your cortisol drops too low during the night your blood sugar drops too.

Your body compensate by releasing adrenaline as an emergency measure to mobilize

more sugar. This has the effect of waking you in an instant. This can be reduced

by eating high protein snack before retiring e.g. sardines, nuts of high quality

protein shake.

2)In early stages of adrenal fatigue cortisol levels tend to rise and if they

are high at midnight they can energise you and keep you awake. Phosphorylated

serine can be used to lower cortisol at these times due to its ACTH dampening

effect.

If your having problems with high Estradiol and doing this much DIM do test his

DIM will not being down very high levels of Estradiol as fast as Arimidex if

your over 50 pg/ml you need Arimidex if the DIM is not working test this. Doing

a Quest Sensitive Estradiol test #4021.

When you sleep your Estradiol levels go there highest and what your having is

what feels like a Panic Attack from your levels spiking at night. When this

would happen to me I would take a 1mg pill of Arimidex and it would stop in 30

min.'s for yrs we thought I was having Panic Attacks it was high Estradiol

levels. Do test this post the results.
