New to the site: Low Test, What to Do?

Hi everyone,

I just got back my most recent blood test and my total is 253 ng/dl and my free

is 7.6 pg/ml. It has not gone up one bit since my last blood test 5 months ago.

I have been on 5mg of Androgel since the first test.

Symptoms - Extremely low energy and sex drive. I have not had much ED issue.

Feels like I have permanent mononuclesis which I was diagonosed with 10 years

ago.

An support you can provide would be appreciated.
