Need advice on lowering E2

Hey Group,

Well, I have a dilemma. I have very high E2 and I've tried Indoleplex/DIM

with no success (was on it for three months and it didn't even dent my E2

levels). I tried arimidex last October and I got some very bad side effects

from it (short term memory loss, irritability, insomnia). I gave the

arimidex another shot this week and I can already feel the side effects

creeping back in. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Can't do Zinc

because I'm adrenal fatigued and it messes with my cortisol levels. At this

point I may have to just not get on testosterone because I can't take

anything to block the E2 and I'm having bad E2 symptoms. Frustrating....
