What if both gel and patch fails?

Can anyone give me some advice on the next steps if both the patch and gel for

testosterone replacement fail? My levels on both one and two doses of the gel

came back around 200. I've been on the patch for a little now and I feel no

different in terms of libido, energy, etc so I get the feeling this isnt working

either. My endo suggested heading back to the urologist, who sent me to the

endo in the first place. I'm only 26 and I think I have been suffering from

this for 2+ years now. I had an MRI done on the pituitary and they said

everything was normal. I'm getting frustrated at the lack of success of any

treatment so far.
