Guest guest
I have been off cortisol for over 4 weeks now and did a 8am blood cortisol test this week and have my saliva test to complete tomorrow and mail on Monday. My question is " RT3 " . I know some is 'normal' but at this point, could it be due to a recent finding that I have active EBV, high liver enzymes? I started milk thistle tea and my liver just aches and I am feeling very hypo (constipated, fatigue, dry eyes, achy, brain fog, etc). Could I be adding in some T3?? I am on NT only. My last thyroid labs: Dose NT: 2 3/4 grains FT4 1.2 (0.8-1.8) FT3 3.4 (2.3-4.2) TSH 0.01 RT3 25 (11-32) CMV Negative AST 54 (10-30) ALT 83 (6-40) EBV (IGM) 1.10 Positive > or 1.10 EBV (ICG) 2.81 Postive > or 1.10 EBV (IGG) >5.00 Positive > or 1.10 I recently added selenium, zinc, more active B12, P5P, cod liver oil.. Just not feeling well and cannot seem to find a doctor that knows what to do!! I go between anxiety and depression along with the hypo stuff. Any Suggestions??
