I have never personally used the gel, but just off the cuff, I would

suspect you would want to apply it at about the same time everyday. That way

you avoid the highs and lows. Like with any medication you take, it should

be on as a close dosage schedule as you can abide by.

In the morning, after your shower.  Try staying on a consistent schedule, but

all in all, a few hours either way isn't going to make a difference.

I don't feel it is but when I do my Testosterone meds I do them in the morning

so I feel better all day long.
