Guest guest
I just gave myself my 4th shot today. It didn't go so well -had a gusher of blood when I removed the needle. ..5 ml in a 1ml syringe 1.5 " 23ga needle. Filled the syringe, started the injection. When I aspirated, I noticed a bubble forming in the syringe, so I decided to remove the syringe and try to get the bubble out. So I found another site and got the needle in. Aspirated okay. Injected okay. As soon as I removed the needle, blood literally squirted from my leg. I scrambled to get an alcohol pad on it, but by this time blood was running down my leg and all over my hands. It stopped bleeding with a few seconds of pressure. It's been okay since. What happened? Did I pass through a vein or something? Did I lose all my T? I have no idea if it came out with the blood. I'd tend to think " no " because I was using a 1.5 " needle. What in the world!?!
