Whoa - went way too low on E2 - need help

Hey Group,

Been on either arimidex or aromasin for the last few weeks. Just got labs

back today and my E2 is only 2. My fault though as I kept going back and

forth on adex and asin. Need to get things back up so how long should I be

off of both before returning back on the aromasin?
