Is there a way to calculate SHBG

I recently had blood work done and it appears that SHBG was not tested. I was

given the values for total T, Free Percent T, and Free T.

Total T = 1299 (range 250-1100)

T Free Percent = 2.87 (range 1.50-2-20)

Free T = 372.8 (range 35-155)

Is there a formula by which I can calculate SHBG using these numbers?
