I take Melatonin to help me but not for sleep I am Hypopituitary my brain does

not tell my body to make hormones so I take it for that reasion. I talk to a

lot of men that try it if it's not a high dose over 3 mgs try it if it does not

help you give it two weeks stop taking it.

I feel your not sleeping because your T levels are low and your Estradiol levels

are high. Men with higher levels of Estradiol will wake up feeling like the are

having a panic attace and will be very wet for sweating. Other things that can

do this to you are low Cortisol and Thyroid levels you need this checked out.

Read this link for labs you need.
