Joe your levels are good at 100 mgs a week but by your next shot your not at

this level your dam low and this is why your hair on your face is slow to grow.

When you start doing shots of T every week at 100 mgs you can add in HCG 250

IU's the 2 days each just before your next T shot. Doing this will keep your

testis working the best they can and keep you more leveled until your next T

shot. When you do labs don't do the HCG the 2 days before your next shot and do

your labs before your next T shot.

For get about Nolvadex this is use when one is not on TRT or doing T shots

If you don't have night time and morning wood yes get the Indolpex/DIM and take

this at dinner time. When your wood starts up your Estraidol levels are in the

sweet spot keep a log on how your wood is doing and how your feeling so you can

tell when your going up to high or falling to low going low is easy you lose

wood big time.

I gage my Estradiol levels by my night time and morning wood. If you have a

problem with doing this let me know I can help.
