Guest guest
I don't feel there is any real time one needs to take it it has a 3 to 4 days half life this means it works for a time after you take it. Dr. says it takes about 5 weeks on this for your body to adjust to it after that when you take it it will work very fast. At least it dose for me so if you like your pills in the morning take it then or take it at bed time. If you learn how to read your body when levels are going up then take a little extra. I get sore and hard nipples and feel hot and sweat when this happens some times it will after a shot I take an extra .25 mgs keeps me feel good.
