I just got this in my Email don't know anything about it but it's worth a try to

see if you don't get sick from it.

Here is a cut and paste and a link.

Reduce estrogen to get ripped!

Did you know that lowering your estrogen can help you get ripped?? Sure, most

people know that raising testosterone will help build muscle and burn fat, but

most people don't know that lowering estrogen can also help you get rid of fat.

Bodybuilders have understood for decades that having low estrogen levels

translates to having low body fat levels. This is why most precontest cycles

will include one, if not more, highly potent anti-estrogens. And what happens

when women start taking synthetic estrogen (birth control)? They gain weight.

And what do cattle ranchers give their steers to fatten them up? Estrogen.

The most popular fat burners have traditionally been compounds like caffeine,

ephedeine, and clenbuterol, but obviously, anyone who is serious about getting

ripped is going to use some kind of anti-estrogen, like Forma-Stanozolol.

Estrogen makes you fat!

You see, both men and women have estrogen, although it is predominantly thought

of as a female hormone; men have a higher ratio of testosterone to estrogen and

women have a higher ratio of estrogen to testosterone. In men, testosterone

converts to estrogen through the aromatase enzyme and a process known as

aromatization (some anabolic steroids also aromatize into estrogen). Women,

although they don't generate much estrogen through aromatization, still produce

it in large amounts. Thus, owing in part to the fact that men and women have

opposite testosterone:estrogen ratios, we see that the average man carries more

muscle and less fat than the average woman.

And estrogen doesn't just cause fat accumulation; it can also cause water

retention - which means that you could actually " look " fatter than you are,

because there's a layer of water on top of your muscle. Plus, excess estrogen

raises levels of a carrier protein known as sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG),

and the more of that protein you have, the less free and bioavailable

testosterone you have floating around. Less bioavailable testosterone means the

balance of muscle-building and fat-burning hormones in your body will have

shifted the wrong way!

To make things worse, elevated SHBG levels are correlated with a larger waist

and hip circumference, an elevated body mass index (and we're talking fat mass

here, not lean body mass), and lower plasma testosterone. Yes, if your estrogen

gets too high, it will ultimately lower your testosterone. These are all of the

things we don't want, if we're trying to get ripped for the summer. Have you

ever heard a woman complaining that " no matter what I do, I can't lose weight " ?

You guessed it...estrogen at work.

So the most obvious solution - although it is often overlooked - is to lower

estrogen whenever you're dieting.

Forma-Stanozolol contains the active ingredient formestane, an anti-estrogen

that lowers estrogen through deactivation of the aromatase enzyme. Formestane

was actually developed as an injectable breast cancer medication, because breast

cancer can be dependant on estrogen levels (and because formestane doesn't have

good oral absorption). Fortunately, it seems to reduce estrogen by as much as

50%, so you can imagine how that would ramp up your fat loss...

Forma-Stanozolol was formulated as a transdermal (a rub-on cream) product (the

prescription medication was an injectable) meaning you just rub it on your skin

and lose fat! As a bonus, you will lose more fat in the areas where you apply

the cream- especially for guys rubbing it on their abs, who often apply the

cream and wear a neoprene slimming belt over the area.

The problem was that it proved " too anabolic " as an anti-cancer medication â? "

those taking the medication were gaining muscular bodyweight. In addition, a it

metabolizes into an active androgen (an anabolic steroid) with about half the

muscle building potential of testosterone. This makes it, strictly speaking, a

very undesirable drug for women to use as a breast cancer medication. But, for

men who want to burn fat and build muscle, it's perfect!

But what about other hormones?

Both estrogen as well as testosterone hormones play a role in the development of

fat cells. This is why we see women carrying more fat in their legs, hips, and

arms, as opposed to men, who carry it primarily in their midsection. Think about

this for a minute: what would happen to women who get pregnant, and gain fat, if

they gained it primarily in their abdomen instead of dispersed throughout the

body?

As you might expect, while manipulating estrogen directly is great for fixing

abdominal fat, other areas of the body, which need a different kind of hormone

manipulation.

Alpha receptors are located throughout the body, and differ in their

concentration from men to women. As you may have guessed, estrogen and

testosterone are the reason for this. Activation of the alpha2 receptor inhibits

the release of norepinepherine, a hormone that helps burn fat. And of course,

men have a high concentration of alpha receptors in their abdomen, while women

have more in their hips, arms, legs, etc...

Anything that stimulates the alpha2 receptor is going to make fat loss more

difficult. By lowering estrogen, we make the alpha2 receptor less active.

But there's something else we can do. We can block the alpha2 receptor with

yohimbe.

Yohimbine is a natural alpha-2 antagonist that helps the body release more

norepinephrine, thereby liberating stored bodyfat by releasing more free fatty

acids into the blood. This allows for greater fat metabolism by the mitochondria

in your cells during exercise - in other words, you do the same amount of

exercise, but you burn a lot more fat.

This provides an improved pathway for fat mobilization and metabolism. See, it

still has to do with estrogen, but not directly...this is why yohimbe and and

Forma-Stanozolol work so well together. Anecdotally, most bodybuilders choose to

stack their yohimbe with caffeine, and apply it topically.

So now you understand that losing fat can depend not only on cardio, diet, and

training, but also other factors like the hormonal environment within your body.

If you're trying to get ripped, you should create the ideal situation for fat

loss, and that includes manipulating estrogen and the hormones surrounding it.
