PSA ? Arimidex and DIM lower

Is it better for the PSA to take DIM or Arimidex? I believe that the DIM has

many more benefits to guard against free radicals.

I saw the Urologist today. PSA has gone up from 0.7 to 2.0 in about 1 year ,.

since I've been on TRT. He wants to do another more intrusive test in 60 days.
