Guest guest
Sorry Judy your having a hard time I just checked your membership and it works fine can you log on to or did you forget your password. There is a ton of stuff about low cortisol levels at night causing Testosterone in men to convert into Estraidol. I even started taking 5 mgs of HC at bedtime and it helped my levels. But on my last experiment I did some Prog. cream and it drove down my Estradiol to low so low I started having Hot Flash's this lead me to think my Estraidol was to high so I took more Arimidex until my labs showed me at 7 way to low. I read at Dr. M forum low Estradiol will give you Hot Flash's. My labs on Prog. cream showed my Preg. levels over the top of the range by 65 points. On Prog. so my Dr. felt the Prog. was back filling my Preg. levels and told me to stop taking the Prog. I did for 8 weeks and my labs for both Preg. and Prog. came back very low too low yet my estradiol went back up to 21. Still my Dr. told me not to take Prog. anymore. So I went on Preg. after 6 weeks on this my labs came up some but my Prog. stayed low <0.5 do 5 days ago Dr. or not I went back on Prog.cream and now I am feeling great again. At Dr. 's forum the mod there chilln has a thread " Hormones 101 " in this he uses Preg. to raise Cortisol saying doing this one dose not need HC meds and the higher Cortisol lowers Estraidol. http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/showthread.php?15290-Hormones-101 This is working for some men but it's complacated hard to follow read it it's being use by men but I can't see why it would not work for women too. For men Preg. does not work but Prog. does and the kind I use has supplements in it that I take to help with my Statin Drug damage I have to my joints and muscles. It's Life-Flo Prog. cream 20 mgs per pump some men say this dose it to high for men. So if I get Hot Flash's again I will just stop taking the meds to lower my Estadiol. If this works great but if the Hot Flash's keep up I will do labs to see if my Estraidol went to low again. If it did I will get some Prog. at a lower dose like this one. http://www.super-smart.eu/en--Endocrine-system--Natural-Progesterone-Spray-28-ml\ --0516 Co-Moderator Phil > From: zashes11 <zashes11@...> > Subject: Cortisol and E2 > > Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2011, 10:52 AM > Hi Phil, > > I have been unable to log in for a while...can you send me > a link to a thread that talks about how you need cortisol to > keep the E2 in Control I think you were referring to > nighttime but what ever you have is fine. > > > thanks, > > Judy > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
