Guest guest
According to Dr. M, everything starts with your gut. Many forms of dementia are actually caused buy gut problems. Your immune system resides in your gut and you also have a nerve in your gut that is directly connected to your brain (vegas nerve). When you have lots of inflammation in your gut, this sends signals to your brain and your brain reacts to this as if the inflammation were in your brain. This can cause depression, brain fog, anxiety, etc..All of us should be working on our guts as well as our hormones.
