According to Dr. M, everything starts with your gut. Many forms of

dementia are actually caused buy gut problems. Your immune system resides in

your gut and you also have a nerve in your gut that is directly connected to

your brain (vegas nerve). When you have lots of inflammation in your gut,

this sends signals to your brain and your brain reacts to this as if the

inflammation were in your brain. This can cause depression, brain fog,

anxiety, etc..All of us should be working on our guts as well as our

hormones.

Good point I have been low on Ferritin and Iron for over 30 yrs. I am not

bleeding anywhere yet I am low no one knows why. I am on Iron pills for life

and so a lot of supplements.

Anyone that says taking supplements is a waste of money is dead wrong. In the

world today with all the crap they do to food it's a wonder can can reproduce.
