Guest guest
My PSA is in the process of coming down from 20 a year ago, to 11.7 in late October, and presumably 7-8 when I get last week's results back. My T level in October was about 150, and the trend is downward. I'm also pushing 280, though have managed to contain my weight below 290, and do walk 20-30 mins 3-5 times weekly, and do sit-ups and some presses. (More when weater warms a bit.) Since I can't get a doctor to supplement my T, would lowering my estrogen relative to the testosterone have benefit, in terms of weight loss, energy and other things? If so, what might be the safest, most effective way to lower it? Many thanks, ________________________________________________________________________________\ ________
