I'm not sure if I will be able to handle it . I'm trying to talk myself into keeping together. I hope I will be able to stay for the wake and funeral. My mom was a big part of life and now she is gone . My best friend just died 2 days ago and I feel as tho a piece of my heart is missing..... Her daughter is beside herself. I know what you are going thru because we are trying to comfort each other...... Her Mother was also her best friend. I was in the room with my girlfriends son 2 years ago when they pulled the plug and it was Hell.... This Funeral is going to be the hardest for me to go to..... Then I lost my Dad on Augest 27 the next year. It was a hard year & a half. Four monthes before my Mom passed away, my parents seperated & filled for a devorse. When my Mom passed away, my Dad & I had words. Over some money that he thought he had coming. We patched things up before he passed away. What makes it easier is that he is having a wonderful reunion in Heaven with his mother that died earlier this year. He was her caregiver. Both died of Cancer.
