Guest guest
Hello to all, I can continue to post but can not access the website links. I am waiting for a new password from , hopefully this will do the trick. I present my hindquarters for kicking to any one who took my lousy advice and bet the New York Giants. In response to the post regarding hand and grip problems with horseback riding, I concur with Gretchen, a big knot works for me when I ride which is only a couple of times a year. I also suggest doing any excercise you can to develop the muscles of your forearms. By strengthening these muscles you will take much of the stress off of your hands. This will cut down on the fatigue factor and allow you to ride longer. There are several forearm trainers available at any sporting goods store that sells fitness equipment. You can also use a broom or mop handle to begin with. If this sounds like it will work for you, let me know and I will explain in more detail.
