Guest guest
Deb, I just noticed you wrote that you are reading all of the posts. The posts will not help as much as reading the article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " sent to you when you joined, along with the other files, folders and links. My diet is very different than others, so it is extremely important that you read my article upon which this group is based. You cannot rely on member's posts for accurate thorough information. Dear Deb, I had the same experience with liver problem, I mine was as part of the die off. The somewhat loose green stool which turned to black went on for a few days along the liver problem. I didn't go to the doctor or took enzyme supplements, I strongly believe the less the better. What helped me minimizing the liver pain was adding extra fat to my daily diet. Lots of nitrate/sulphate bacon. What I found out the hard way, the way I cooked the bacon made a lot of difference in whether I would get liver pain or not. I cut down on the bacon as gradually the liver pain lessened and now I hardly eat any bacon. Here's how I cooked the bacon: Put a non stick pan on the stove, when pan is still cold put the bacon in, cook on med. heat. don't let the bacon get scrispy, you want you bacon to cook but retain its fat. Hope this helps.
