Swilley) Date: Mon, 23 Nov 1998 22:05:57 EST Hi , I keep trying to e-mail you but it keeps bouncing back. I'm going to Dr. Cichon, too, but I'm at my mother's in ville and that's 230 miles one way and it's an awful trip. I don't know how long I can keep it up. I have lots of insurance but his group wants to do things that aren't covered. IGeneX accepts Medicare as payment in full but apparently their lab isn't Medicare approved because I had to get my bllod drawn at Kline and then take it to Fedex myself. My BlueCross pays for whatever Medicare doesn't but Medicare has to pay first. Was your Lyme positive? I've never had a positive Lyme but I've had everything listed to not get a positive. I have high liver enzymes, abnormal BUNs, positive typhoid test, positive brucelosis test, and positive other stuff but not Lyme. I have all the symptoms, though, most all on Dr. B's list. Maybe, I'll get the advantage of his having read your information. My appointment is tomorrow afternoon. How were you going to handle the IVs? The last trip over wiped me out for a week. My sister is driving me over this time in hopes I can recover enough for Thanksgiving. He put me on acyclivir, diflucan, neurontin, and some supplements. My ear stopped turning red and swelling but nothing much else changed. I want to be able to walk at least enough to go around a little bit. If this bounces I'll send it to the list. LJSwilley@...
