Guest guest
Hi everyone, I just finished watching Rosie and Extra. Doug Flutie, the football QB has a son with autism. They are in Brick Township, NJ. There was a big story that he is doing so much to raise money for autism. His son was fine until at 2 1/2 all these symptoms started. (sorry I am so frustrated, I can't type) Anyway there is a huge cluster of autism, even two kids in one family in this township. No one has even looked for Lyme, they said autism isn't genetic, there has to be an outside force. They have two government agencies looking into it. It sure sounds like lyme to me. We need to somehow get them information. All I got from the Rosie show was his foundation is on Canal street in Boston. I will keep looking. I am floored that it being in the east that at least ONE doctor didn't think Lyme. They need to get Dr. Fallon's conference video on children with Lyme. Let's see if we can help. Oh by the way, i just recieved a postcard from Dateline NBC stating they weren't interested in a chronic lyme story. Thanks, Connie

The last couple of times they didn't even have the courtesy to send back a letter saying they were turning down the topic, I first thought Oprah was the best talk show host since she always did topics that touch everyone but lately she is more important about doing stories about celeberties and their tough luck stories and problems it seesm to me we lesser people aren't important to talk about anymore. Instead of sticking to her forula which made her the best talk show host and admired by many people all she has been doing lately is shows about reading books and reviewing them and trying to win back the ratings race since she is now second best to Jerry Springer with his sideshow he calls a talk show. Even a local paper who has a writer who does articles on people suffereing anddealing with different disease and i was even turned down saying my story was I guess too political of a topic and too hot he didn't want to just write a truthful story. It seems Lyme Disease has a stigma when it comes to doing stories about it since they them hear the real truth and not the lies the medical profession spreads so people think lightly about Lyme Disease.
