I heard that the only way that acidophilus works is if it is taken on an empty

stomach, not with food. I'm not sure which is the right way. Can someone help

with that question?

Hello Sandy:

My bottle says take on empty stomach....but I often forget

to take before I eat...so I take it anyway!!! It still works

for me!!! Good Luck!!!

I also use the same brand that you do. I believe I pay less because I

buy mine From: VITAMIN SHOPPE #1-800-223-1216. Give them a call and get

a price. Of course, you have to pay for shipping, so I buy quite a few

bottles because the shipping is the same. I also keep mine in the

refrigerator

Dear Fransea,

I just wanted to correct an error.....I bought the Nature's Way

primadohhilus from Swanson vitamin discount cataloge. I just noticed it

today. Ithoght I got it from the vitamin shoppe. The sale price is

$8.97 a bottle and it's 90 capsules.

Their # is1-800-726-7691.
