HOW DID I LEAVE OUT NEW JERSEY? Big mistake! I know that there are lots of

Lyme cases in NJ... sorry guys~

If I do this again I'll try to come up with better questions within the 10

You forgot Pa, NJ, etc... I have had LD since I was before i was born and I

have always lived in PA.

Yes. Interesting. In 1978, the attitude in North Carolina was that there just

wasn't any in that state. It was a pretty strong attitude problem because it

still is pervasive today, as shown by the recent " conclusions " in a CDC paid-

for study by Kirkland in 1998 (20 years later). And the AP release was even

more blatant in terms of supplying false information about the true

epidemiolog of Ld in the South! For full explication of this, just e-mail me.
