Some of it is good like, " Results from commercially available ELISA, IFA, or immunodot test kits used in clinical laboratories for the detection of antibody to B burgdorferi cannot reliably be used as the primary diagnostic criterion for Lyme disease. " Other things aren't so good. But it's a good thing to read anyway.
