Guest guest
, In Healing Lyme book it is written in the back where to get them. They do their products under the guidance of Dr. K and my opinion is that they are of very high quality. They are also my source for chlorella, cilantro, Rechts- Regulat, etc. It would be great if someone would start a list of the best places to get all of these different herbs. Many of us are on a very limited income and as you know herbs, though not so overpriced as drugs, still can cost plenty if you get up to the maximums of Buhner's Protocols. I find MUCH better prices and very high quality from 1st Chinese Herbs in the State of Washington. You can Google them. You can order on line or call their 800 number and talk to . She will steer you right on many of your questions too. Another place I have used for " bulk " powder herbs is StarWest Botanicals in California. Vita Cost is good in pricing, as is My Vitanet and others IF you are going for the already encapsulated herbs. I did in the beginning, but when I was getting up to 2500 capsules a month, I had to switch to encapsulating my own. I don't take 2500 a month anymore, but still take a lot and continue to encapsulate my own and make my own tinctures also. Just started another batch of Red Root tincture tonight. Guest guest
I've also had great results with the 1st Chinese herb company, Starwest, and also Mountain Rose Herbs. I usually buy powder, and capsule my own also. The other thing I take a lot of, is Plum Flower Brand, Chuan Xin Lian tablets. It has three herbs in all, and I always have it in my backpack or on the night stand, and actually just ordered a case of the bottles. It is convenient and really works for me. You can get 100 tablets for under six dollars. I usually take four to six at a time, but when I'm really bad - I've taken nine for a dose. Chuan Xin Lian is andrographis, BTW. I also take a straight andrographis. 1st Chinese Herbs sells Plum Flower Brands, but I am ordering the case of bottles elsewhere at a discount. The Chuan Xin Lian is something that has sustained me for years - way before I realized I had lyme. It really helps ease the infection load right away, and picks up my energy when the lyme is making me feel like I have the flu (pretty much 24/7 right now). They are very bitter, but I seem to be able to tolerate them, even on an empty stomach. Enjoying reading all the posts here. I also meditate daily, and the prana and peace are so vital to the functioning of my body and mind. I love the book by S.B., and have read it several times. There is so much information and help in it. I feel really grateful to have so many tools around me in order to get well. And all the wonderful people I'm meeting on this group and other places, to help support the journey. Hope you all have a decent day!
