Dear Deb, I don't know if we have anyone coming from VA. Do we anyone? How far are you from Bethesda, MD? I would hate for people not to be able to come over transportation. I know from personal experience what a hassle this is --- but worst case scenario, is there a bus or train that could get you close to us and then maybe we could pick you up in MD? I sincerely hope we can get you there with us! Marleen
Guest guest
Deb & Marleen I live in land, Southern MD, and Richmond is about 3 hours from me and the opposite direction of Bethesda, otherwise I'd offer to pick Deb up.But Marleen, your suggestion of a bus or train, if that is possible, I could pick her up on the way. There is a train station off the beltway I think its either Greenbelt or Landover, I could pick her up from there and its on the way to Bethesda. But Deb, if you don't feel up to the long ride, don't feel guilty, we understand. Your health is most important. But if its simply a matter of transportation, let us try to figure out how to help you. Vicki BTW - I could try to arrange picking you up the night before. But that still makes for a long two days and I don't know if either of us is up to that, but think about it, if you really want to go. Guest guest
Vicki, thanks so much for the offer! You are right of course, I am just starting to feel better after months of being sick, and the ride would really set me back. Deb-Va
Guest guest
Deb Let me know if you decide on the bus or train, and where so I can pick you up. I'll send you my phone number privately also. Vicki Re: [Lyme-aid] " Stop-Steere Rally " 11/3/99 ... rain or shine >From: DJinMECH@... > >Vicki, thanks so much for the offer!
